The Origin Story
Mantis was started by Alex, an experienced On-Site Manager (OSM) who spent years moonlighting as a software developer. Working across multiple DSPs, he noticed the same patterns: universal problems, shared frustrations, and a reliance on manual processes that couldn't scale.
Naturally, the solution was automation. What started as a set of tools to automate his own job has evolved—powered by modern AI—into a platform that fine-tunes driver trends, explains behaviors, and fixes problems before they escalate.
Amazon is weaving AI into the fabric of their entire operation. It is time for DSPs to do the same. Most third-party tools available are glorified rota management systems or filing cabinets for documents with labels... boring.
